Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
Bees Eleven (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is an unofficial, fan-made tool for building and sharing Brentford XIs. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is provided for general information and is not legal advice.
Who we are
Bees Eleven is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Brentford Football Club. Squad and player performance information shown in the app is drawn from publicly available, public-domain sources.
What we collect
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile picture, as provided by Google. We use these only to create your account, show who is signed in, and let you find your saved teams across devices.
- Teams you save: the lineups you choose to save (formation, kit and player selections) are stored against your account so you can return to them.
- Essential cookies: a session cookie is used to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
You can use the builder and share links without signing in; in that case we hold no personal data about you.
How we use it
Only to operate the app — authentication, saving and displaying your teams. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on our hosting provider’s managed database (Railway) and authentication is handled via Google Sign-In. These providers process data on our behalf.
Sharing links
When you share a team, the link contains an encoded copy of that lineup so the recipient can view and edit it. Anyone with the link can see the shared team.
Your choices
- Delete any saved team at any time from your My XIs page.
- To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will remove it.
