These terms govern your use of Bees Eleven (“the app”). By using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. These terms are provided in plain language for general information, not as legal advice.

What Bees Eleven is

Bees Eleven is a free, unofficial fan tool for building and sharing football lineups. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Brentford Football Club or any league or competition. Player and squad information is drawn from publicly available, public-domain sources and may be incomplete or out of date.

Your account

• You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to use Google’s services in your country.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the lineups and any display name or picture you add. By uploading a profile picture or saving/sharing a lineup, you grant us permission to store and display it for the purpose of running the app (for example, showing your saved teams or rendering a shared link’s preview). Don’t upload anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else’s rights — including images or marks you don’t have the right to use.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the app, disrupt it, or try to break its security.
• Don’t use it to imply official club endorsement or to mislead others.
• Don’t scrape, resell, or build a competing service from its data or output.

Availability & changes

The app is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bees Eleven and its maintainer are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
